SUMMARY:2024 Sustainable Grass and Muck Event
DESCRIPTION:The RWAS Feature County for 2024\, Ceredigion will host the Sustainable Grass and Muck event at Aberystwyth University Farm\, Trawsgoed on Thursday 30th May 2024.\nThe 2024 Sustainable Grass and Muck event will host several industry leaders\, organisations and companies from all sectors making it a must visit for anybody interested in the future of farming. \nA dedicated biomass production area will be situated within the Miscanthus plots on the Ty Gwyn area of the farm.  At the stand there will be a comprehensive range of technical materials and a team of experts to discuss biomass opportunities. There will be examples of harvesting equipment and various biomass crop end-use products. \nThe event will include:\n\nFarm Tours – tours will take place at regular intervals throughout the day stopping at various trial sites and points of interest demonstrating a current method being tried on the farm.\nTrade Stands – organisations and businesses for arable and livestock sectors.\nSeminars – Seminars and Q&A sessions throughout the day from industry leading farmers and members of Parliament.\nSilage and Muck Working Demonstrations – a host of working demonstrations from a variety of machinery manufacturers\, including direct drilling demos.\nHospitality – Fully stocked bar and catering area.\nEvening Entertainment\n\nRegister and find out more here: https://rwas.wales/grasslandevent/
