19 May 2023

In addition to the series of demo events that we will be holding across the country in 2023, Biomass Connect is intending to exhibit at three prominent upcoming events in the agricultural industry. The organisation will be showcasing its information and services at the highly anticipated Cereals Event, the renowned Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, and the prestigious Agroforestry Show. This exciting announcement promises to bring innovative solutions and knowledge-sharing opportunities to attendees seeking sustainable practices in biomass agriculture.

The Cereals Event, known as the UK’s leading technical event for the arable farming industry, will be the first stop on Biomass Connect’s exhibition journey. Scheduled to take place from 13th to 14th June 2023 at Thoresby Estate in Nottinghamshire, this event will provide a unique platform for farmers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements in agriculture. Biomass Connect aims to showcase its range of opportunities, highlighting their potential for reducing environmental impact while improving productivity and profitability.

Continuing its commitment to promoting sustainable agriculture and energy security, Biomass Connect will then make its way to the prestigious Royal Welsh Agricultural Show. Held from 24th to 27th July 2023 at the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells, this annual event attracts visitors from all corners of the agricultural sector. Attendees will have the opportunity to converse with Biomass Connect’s staff and researchers and gain insights into how biomass energy generation can play a vital role in farm diversification and sustainability.

Lastly, Biomass Connect will be present at the highly anticipated Agroforestry Show, scheduled to take place from 6th to 7th September 2023 at Eastbrook Farm near Swindon. As the leading event in agroforestry, it offers a unique space for professionals and arborists to learn about integrating trees, livestock, and crops into sustainable farming systems. Biomass Connect’s participation in this show underscores its dedication to providing holistic and eco-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly with agroforestry practices.

Visitors to these shows can look forward to engaging with Biomass Connect’s expert team, who will be available to discuss the benefits and applications of biomass crops in detail. Representatives from Biomass Connect and its partners will be on hand to provide comprehensive information on all aspects of biomass agronomy and other sustainable agricultural practices.

We are thrilled to be a part of these influential agricultural events. Our goal is to showcase the immense potential of biomass technologies in revolutionizing the way we approach farming and energy generation. We look forward to engaging with farmers, industry professionals, and all attendees, sharing our expertise, and exploring sustainable solutions that benefit both the environment and the agricultural sector.
