Farming, growing or forestry businesses based in England can apply for a share of a £850,000 Farming Innovation Programme fund for projects to improve productivity, sustainability and resilience in the agricultural sector.
If you are a farmer, grower or forester with an early-stage idea and would like funding for a project then there is an online briefing event run by Innovate UK KTN taking place on December 12th. During the event you’ll be able to:
- Find out more about the scope and eligibility criteria directly from the funders.
- Learn about the application process so you have the best chance of success.
- Ask your questions and get answers live.
Projects can be from all farming sectors, including biomass-related projects. To be eligible for the funding your project should be 6-18 months in length with a total cost of between £28,000 and £56,000.
